1 Cup of Fat Free Sour Cream
¼ teaspoon of Black pepper
1 bag of Frozen Normandy Style Vegetable blend (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 can of French Fried Onions
2 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
1-Mix Chicken, Soup, Sour Cream, pepper, vegetables, ½ of French fried onions, 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese into a casserole dish.
2. Back at 350 F for 40 minutes until vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked. Stir.
3-Sprinkle with the remaining French fried onions and cheese. Bake for another 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
