1/2 cup of Mozz shedded cheese
8 slices packeeaged precooked bacon. Halved.
2 cans (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated cresent rolls
1. Heat oven to 375 F. Carefully remove stems froms chiles; cut each in half lenghtwise and again horizontally to make 4 pieces. Remove and discard seeds. Spoon about 1 teaspoon cheese into each chile quarter. Wrap half slice of bacon around each.
2. Unroll Dough and seperate. Place chile chile, cheese side down, on dough triangle. fold over filling.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
High Altitude (3500-6500ft): Bake 9-10 minutes
Servings: 16

I've rolled foods up into crescent rolls before, but never this combo. How unique!! I love unique.
