Bisquick Mix (pouch)
Sliced mushrooms (1 c.) 6 small mushrooms, plus I added one or two more (my family loves Mushrooms)
soft and cream cheese (1/3 cup)
eggs (4 large)
garlic powder (1/4 teas)
oregano (1/2 teas)
finely chopped basil (1 teaspoon)
parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)
heavy cream (1/3 cup)
pizza sauce (1/2 cup)
shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup)

1) heat the oven to 375 degrees.
2)Follow Directions for Bisquick Mix, Roll out Dough to cover baking pan.
3)Take a baking pan and grease it with cooking spray.
4)Take a large bowl beat eggs with heavy cream and cream cheese until it gets smooth.
5)Add basil, garlic powder, oregano and parmesan cheese in it and mix it well.
6)Add the mushrooms and pour egg mix into the baking pan.
7)Place the pan in oven and bake it for 30 minutes until eggs get set.
8)After baking take it out from oven. Put pizza sauce over quiche with spoon and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese. Again bake it in oven for 5 minutes until cheese gets brown.
9)Take out from oven and keep it for 5 minutes. Cut it into pieces and serve.

My 5 year old Nephew is very picky when it comes to food. He loved this dish. he had three serving and he still wanted more. He has already request this dish for dinner again....
