1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice, chilled
1 quart (4 cups) apple cider, chilled
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bottle ginger ale, chilled
1. In a 3 quart pitcher or bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in pineapple juice, apple cider and lemon juice, and Freeze.
2. when ready to serve let it set out for a little bit and then scoop some into a cup and add ginger ale.
