Bobble Scarf - Designed by Marie

I made this Scarf for My Brother Adam...I had fun making this..
my sister Julia got after me several times because I keep undoing it because I would mess up. The idea for this scarf came from a block that I find and liked, and so I just countiued the stitches of the block. I also put space's between the bobbles. The Model is my brother donny....

Here is the Pattern that I used. (its a great idea, if you find a block that you like you can use it to make a scarf).

Special Abbreviation:
MB=make bobble (work 4 open dc in same st leaving 5 loops on hook, draw yourn throught all 5 loops at once)

Foundation chain: using Yarn A. ch 28
Foundation row: (wrong side) working first sc into 2nd ch from hook, work 1 sc into each ch , turn (27 sc)
Row 1: ch 1, 1 sc into each sc, turn.
Row 2: ch 1, sc 1 into each of next 10 sc, *MB, 1 sc into each of next 2 sc: rep from * once, MB, 1 sc into each of next 10 sc, turn. Break off Yarn A.
*Join yarn B, rep row 1, 3 times. Break off Yarn B.
*Join Yarn A. rep row 2, then rep row 1 twice. Break off Yarn A.
*Join Yarn B, rep row 1, thren rep row 2, then rep row. Break off Yarn B.
*Join Yarn A, rep row 1 twice, then rep row 2. break off.

now that you have gotten to this part, you are going to the follow pattern.
*Join yarn B, rep row 1, 3 times. Break off Yarn B.

*Join Yarn A. rep row 2, then rep row 1 twice. Break off Yarn A.
*Join Yarn B, rep row 1, thren rep row 2, then rep row. Break off Yarn B.
*Join Yarn A, rep row 1 twice, then rep row 2. break off.

Repeat this pattern 4 more times, then you are going to
Join Yarn A or B, sc three rows break off
Join Yarn A or B, sc three rows break off
Repeat four times.

Repeat the pattern to the lenght that you would like.

I hope that this is easy to understand if not please let me know and I will try to make it easier. I hope that you enjoy making this scarf I did.

Hi Marie, I've just joined your site, I love crocheting and I'll start a new project inspired by your beautiful bobble scarf. It's still hot where I live (Rome, Italy), but it's time to think about something cozy to wear in late September.
